- Establish Big Room setup, team roles, and meeting cadence.

- Refresher on Phase Planning
- Phase plan rehearsal using new SOPs.
- Understand the baseline schedule from a production perspective
- Determine production rates by trade by area.
End Result: Team is ready to run their own phase plan.

- Using our phase plan, do a quick weekly work plan rehearsal
- Live weekly work plan meeting with trades.
- Gather feedback and adjust the SOP as needed.
End Result: Weekly planning efficient, ready to use daily planning effectively

- Once the Weekly Work Plan is reliable, we start doing daily huddles.
- We show up early, do a quick rehearsal with the team and then observe a live daily huddle with trades.
- Additional feedback and adjust the SOP as needed.
End Result: Finalized SOP, team fully capable of planning each phase, week, and day.
