Passionate about building teams and advancing the construction industry through leveraging technology.

Andrew founded IC Partners from an understanding that construction teams need better processes and tech to address the talent and labor shortages that plague the industry.

Andrew brings a decade of hands-on experience in applications engineering, operations management, and product development.

Andrew's diverse construction background spans from leading-edge hyperscale data center projects with Whiting-Turner to critical pre-construction and facilities assessments in Central America with the U.S. Marine Corps.

Hailing from a family of engineers, farmers, and ranchers, Andrew possesses a deep understanding of the necessity for end-users to quickly grasp the benefits of new technologies and processes. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Texas Christian University.

When Andrew is not working with contractors and tech companies, you can find him spending time with his wife and two young daughters.

An expert instructor and team builder, Bill brings his unique perspective and experience to deliver results quickly through a proven implementation approach.

A distinguished 31-year veteran of the United States Army, Bill McDonald's service as a Green Beret has taken him to over 40 countries. His extensive experience has equipped him with a unique understanding of building high-performing teams that consistently achieve operational excellence. Bill leverages the Last Planner System to empower teams with enhanced planning and communication skills, ensuring superior project outcomes. 

When Bill isn't working with project teams, you can find him on his farm in rural Virginia.
